 At LaVie, we strive to make your breastfeeding journey the best that it can be. As part of that, we want to make sure that you have a great working product and a fast and easy return process.

Before you return your order:

Please get in touch with us first so we can better help you. If there is an issue with the product, or you just want to return it, we will help make the process easy.

How to return your order:

In order to return your order it must be within 14 days of purchase on our website and be in unused original condition including undamaged packaging with instruction manual. Please reference your order number when contacting us.

Our return process is simple:

1. Please contact us at care@laviemum.com.au
2. Once we receive your package, we will inspect it to make sure it qualifies for return. This may take up to one week.

A restocking fee of 10% is incurred for change of mind returns.

Warranty

If the product is defective, we offer a 1 year warranty Australian warranty.
